Shinobi Mug holds 17oz
Our Monster Mug series is a collaboration between Lisa Tantillo and Zack Callaghan. Lisa throws each mug by hand, on the wheel, and sets it aside to dry. When the piece is leather hard, Zack sculpts the facial features, inspired by our current mood or fancy. Finally, Lisa pulls a handle and attaches it to the piece. We bisque the work and then discuss ideas for glaze colors. We then both glaze and fire the mugs in Calou Calay's studio.
We fire each piece to 6 (2232 ºF)
We will carefully package each piece to ensure they arrive safely on your doorstep. I hope you enjoy owning this piece as much as I enjoyed creating it!
