Shipping: We currently ship within the continental U.S. and package everything very carefully.
Return and Exchange
Due to the fragile and unique nature of handmade ceramics, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or trade-ins under any circumstance.
Each piece is crafted with care and intention, and no two are exactly alike. Ceramics are living artifacts — they may evolve in subtle ways over time through use, environment, and handling. This natural change is part of their character and charm, not a flaw.
Once a piece leaves our hands, it becomes the buyer’s responsibility to care for it. We cannot be held liable for any breakage, wear, or alterations that occur after the time of sale.
We always work our hardest to ensure the highest quality and integrity in each item we make. By purchasing our work, you acknowledge and accept the individuality of handmade ceramics and agree to these terms.
Broken work: If you have purchased from us directly please contact us about broken work and we will do our best to accommodate you, if possible. All issues with secondary sales (through vendors such as local shops etc.) should be addressed between you and the vendor. If a vendor does not take responsibility for broken or damaged work, please contact us so we can note the vendor’s practices. We try to choose our secondary vendors with care, but have no control of how our work is handled once it leaves our care.
