Shipping: We currently ship within the continental U.S. and package everything very carefully.
Broken work: Please contact us about issues with direct (in person) purchases you have made and we will work to accommodate you. All issues with secondary sales (through vendors such as local shops etc.) should be addressed between you and the vendor. If a vendor does not take responsibility for broken or damaged work, please contact us so we can note the vendor’s practices. We try to choose our secondary vendors with care, but have no control of how our work is handled once it leaves our care.
